Steve Nolan
Steve carries many roles… father, husband, squisher of scary bugs. He married his wife Patricia after graduating college with a science degree, and is the somewhat exasperated father of his two children, Josh and Sarah. He often acts like a kid himself, a bit too happy to play with toys with his kids. Steve was also a Frogger champ, but is confounded by how much videogames have chanced since the 80’s. He is the head of the science department at the local university, and though he might be filled with book smarts, he tends to sometimes lack common sense.

Patty Nolan
A devoted wife and mother, Patty was blessed with a slow-burn temper, which allows her to tolerate some of the more crazy events that involve her family. She met Steve while they were attending college at a rock concert (he thought it was an ABBA show). She credits her unusual hair style to a styling gel that’s only legal to purchase in Mexico.

Josh Nolan
Oftentimes the straight man, Josh has had more than his share of odd adventures, usually due in part to his sister Sarah. He’s a big hockey fan, and enjoys comic books, video games and drawing. He is generally a well behaved kid, but he often enjoys pulling pranks on his family and friends.

Sarah Nolan
The girl born with no thought filter, Sarah speaks first and never asks questions later. She has a wild imagination
*** Supporting cast ***

Kristy Mockingbird - Josh’s best friend, who often gets him into trouble that he had nothing to do with.

Joe - A student of Steve’s at Greensville University, who also works at the local Greasy Burger. Joe is an exceptionally poor student, and is constantly skipping classes, which makes you wonder just why he’s still there.

Jessica - The neighborhood baby-sitter, she is also in several of Steve’s classes.

Cassie - The family dog. When she’s not sleeping, she can usually be found walking to the next place she’ll fall asleep at.
