URGH! These days, flax seed seems to be to bread and non-meat products what soy has become to meat: filler, pure and simple. I’ve noticed it in more and more foods, even non-organic. It’s not necessarily a bad thing (it is, after all, pretty nutritious), but I’m wondering how long it’ll be before *everything* gets some sort of filler (nutritious or not!) so that they won’t have to give us actual food.
