I don’t recognize their costumes! I get king hippo and the mutant ninja turtle (?) but I don’t know what the kids are dressed as.
Sarah is Sari from Transformers Animated, but Josh eludes me as does the kid in the upper right corner.
I can’t recognize the other costumes either. I’m willing to guess that Josh is supposed to be TV Guide Man? Maybe?
