Ah yes, Sarah Vs. the Hula Hoop. I was able to get four strips out of this premise, and it really seems to help define Sarah’s character quite a bit. Most people do tend to think if they can’t get something to work properly, it’s probably the item’s fault, not their own. She is quite smart, but still naive about the world around her (See the “Dragonflies” strip) and I enjoy how the trials of her struggles with the hula hoop play out.
