Raking Leaves

Friday, November 3rd, 2006

I’m sure I’m not the only one bummed out when summer ends, though it is a bit of a relief to cool off a bit. The days get shorter and it’s kinda strange to see the sun starting to set at five o’clock. Raking leaves is another part of autumn I’d rather not have to deal with.

Where were you so long? I had been reading “The Nolans” for a little while a year or two ago (maybe more, I’m not real sure (you were on keenspace then)), so I was disappointed that you stopped updating. I am glad to see you back though. It looks great, and I’m happy to see such a regular schedule. Good luck with this.

I was trapped in a cold, icy tomb known as… Vir-gin-i-a. Fortunately I escaped and thawed out in sunny Georgia. *L*

Before the enviromentalists came along and ruined it for everyone, burning leaves after raking them? Great fun that made up for it.
