A Word From The Cartoonist:
A VERY early version of Patty; I’m surprised I even published this one. Her hair became a LOT more stylized as the strip went on, and at this early stage I hadn’t even filled in her upper lip. I’m not quite sure I got the joke of the strip across, and it also seems to work against Josh’s current personality… if I did this strip today, it would most certainly be Sarah’s handiwork.
